15. Comments Policy

We welcome thoughtful comments from our readers and aim to maintain a positive, respectful community on Beyond Baggage. By leaving a comment, you agree to the following:

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to the mandatory consumer protection jurisdiction rights noted in Section 17

You and we each waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
